Delivery and Returns

​UK delivery via DPD courier - £6..95 - please allow 1 -2 working days from despatch to delivery.

 

Shipments less than 500g - UK delivery via Royal Mail Second Class - £3.50 - please allow 3-5 working days from despatch for delivery.

 

International delivery by Fedex courier – Please contact sales@golfjumble.co.uk for despatch for delivery options. Also, please note that local import duty and taxes may apply at the receiving end. These are not included in the price of your order and are your (the customer's) cost and responsibility.

 

Free delivery on UK orders over £150.00 and on International deliveries over £300.00.

 

We try our hardest to ship all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed, but sometimes, particularly during a sale/offer, you may have to wait a tiny bit longer for your order.

 

If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please get in touch and we will see what we can do!

 

Returns Policy

You will have 14 days to return items that were bought online. 

If you would like a full refund, you’ll need to provide the original receipt and ensure the products are in their original condition. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy.

Returning by post:

1. Complete the returns form on your dispatch note and return it with the item. If you no longer have the dispatch note, put the following on a piece of paper and include it with the item:

2. • Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number

   • Email address (the one you use to log on to your account with Golf Jumble)

   • Order number (you can get this by logging on to your account)

   • Description of the product

3. Reason for return using the following codes:

4. • Faulty

   • Incorrect

   • Arrived too late

   • Unwanted gift

   • Unsuitable

   • Doesn't fit

   • Other

5. Repack the item as securely as possible and send it to:

   6. Make sure you obtain a free stamped Proof of Postage. Returns sent by post are at your own cost.
